Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead, Barista to join our team at Family Fare. As a key member of our Coffee Shop team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the activities of all Coffee Shop associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control to ensure freshness and product quality.
  • Verify receivables and store products in appropriate areas.
  • Brew, mix, and blend beverages according to set standards.
  • Train others to perform department activities and functions.
  • Manage the selection, scheduling, and supervision of others.
  • Have familiarity with all products carried in the department.
  • Prepare food items according to procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
  • Accounting/bookkeeping skills.
  • Interpret/analyze financials.
  • Develop/manage budgets.
  • Delegate/direct/implement.
  • Suggestive selling/knowledge of products.
  • Detail-oriented.
