We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis RN. This full-time position involves working variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and requires a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
About the Position:
As a Dialysis RN at DaVita Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment options and self-care techniques, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
* Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
* Valid RN licensure in the state of practice required.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
