Key Responsibilities- Make unoccupied beds and maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
- Pass clean linens and resident laundry, and assist caregivers with obtaining necessary supplies.
- Stock supplies to resident rooms and assist with setting up trays for meals.
- Provide general clean-up of spills during mealtime and serve food items to tables or assist staff as needed.
- Deliver dirty carts to the Dietary Department and assist with activities, such as reading to residents and writing cards or letters.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Knowledge of all Center Safety Protocols as it relates to the position.
- Ability to adapt to changes in daily work hours and schedule.
