Job Title: Support Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Cashier to join our team. As a Support Cashier, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor and stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, and complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Process visual packet materials, props, and signage, and store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns, and alert store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience:
  • Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges, security practices, and other applicable operations.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Sign up clients for reward programs.
Teamwork and Growth:
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.
