- Proficient in Microsoft cloud services: Azure and Office 365 Administration
- Proven track record of delivering multiple significant IT infrastructure projects, preferably in a consulting or managed services context.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 and later deployment and migration (MCSE Certification preferred), specifically in:
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- File and Print Services
- Remote Desktop Services
- VMware vSphere Virtualization deployment and migration experience
- Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 deployment and migration experience
- Network configuration expertise, including VLANs, spanning-tree, and routing
- Advanced firewall and intrusion detection configuration and management experience, ideally with Dell Sonicwall or Meraki (CSSA Certification).
- Familiarity with VOIP solutions, such as Ring Central.

Additional Requirements:
- Proven history of leading multiple IT infrastructure projects
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Certifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant certifications.

Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects is required.

Education:
While degrees are valued, they are not mandatory. We prioritize practical experience and certifications.
