Job Summary:

The Benefits Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of employee benefits programs, ensuring they align with company objectives and meet employee needs.

This includes working closely with the broker to analyze benefit plans, recommending design and vendor changes, and managing benefit administrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer US and Canadian benefit and retirement programs.
  • Collaborate with the broker to evaluate benefit plans and recommend design and vendor changes.
  • Manage benefit administrators responsible for day-to-day benefit program administration.
  • Implement new programs and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of benefits experience and/or training.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of plan designs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Preferred: Certified Benefits Professional (CEBS/ CBP) designation.
