Job Title: Blood Cancer Unit Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Judit, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cath-Lab Technologist to join our team. As a Cath-Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with all invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures. You will demonstrate clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all testing and therapeutics that take place in the Cath lab, including cardiac catheterizations and/or coronary interventions, EP device and ablation therapies, interventional radiology, neuro diagnostic/interventions, endovascular procedures, and structural Heart (LAAC, TAVR) procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication among departmental staff to ensure an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to patient care.
  • Assist patients through all aspects of the procedure, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedure, patient monitoring, and hemostasis following removal of catheter or sheath, and return to room.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records.
  • Demonstrate an ability to be flexible, organized, and function well under stressful situations.

Requirements:

  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified (ACLS) within six months of hire.
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiographer.
  • Must have experience - ARRT/RCIS cert preferred.
  • Open to reviewing CVOR/CST with strong Vascular/IR exp.
  • Exp Scrubbing, Monitoring, and Circulating required.
  • 4yrs Cath/IR exp strongly preferred.
  • No mapping exp needed (performed by 3rd party company).

Work Schedule:

Shift times: 7a - 7:30p (12 hr shifts).

Compensation:

$31.06 per hour.
