Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience operating advanced mammography equipment and performing various procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring the technical quality of imaging results, educating patients on the importance of regular mammography, and maintaining essential records and equipment.

  • Operate mammography equipment and perform various mammography-related procedures.
  • Develop and evaluate film for technical quality, including density contrast, definition, and distortion.
  • Explain procedures and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventive breast health.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and files, and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and adjusted.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Radiologic and Mammography Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
  • Current Radiology and Mammography license in the State.
  • Valid hands-on CPR certification.
