**Job Summary**

Emmett's Brewing is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, including equipment and work surfaces, to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Ensure the freshness of food and ingredients by conducting regular quality checks and rotating stock to prevent spoilage.
  • Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature.
  • Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking and prevent overcooking.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
