Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Tech II to join our team in the Labor and Delivery Unit at Morristown Medical Center. This per diem position offers varied 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrub for all surgical cases in the Labor and Delivery Unit.
  • Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory in the operating rooms.
  • Transport instruments to and from the Sterile Processing Department.
  • Assist nurses in transporting patients to the Maternity Floor.
  • Support the Obstetric Technicians with supplies, cleaning, and stocking.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Certification through NCCT or NBSTSA required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a hospital setting preferred.
