Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our Wakefield Office, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient operations of our healthcare finance organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of patient accounts across multiple hospitals
  • Generate monthly invoices via Excel, organizing data from various sources
  • Navigate complex hospital billing systems to fulfill duties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal hospital billing personnel
  • Focus on process improvement and strive for accuracy in all tasks
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to write and speak English articulately
  • Attention to detail and strong auditing-type skills
  • Experience in hospital/medical billing is a plus, but not mandatory
