Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on chick hatchery equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage parts inventory control to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
- Train and lead lower-level mechanics as needed to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a similar industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
