Janitorial Specialist

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. You will also be responsible for cleaning, monitoring, and maintaining restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas.

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas
• Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
• Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
• Follow housekeeping schedule
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to successfully pass a drug test in some situations required
• Some prior cleaning experience is a plus

• Part-time
• 3.5 hours per week
• Wednesday and Saturday
• $12 per hour
