Overview:
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a school environment. The SLP will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders among students, collaborating with educators and families to foster academic and social success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech and language capabilities, creating customized intervention plans.
  • Therapeutic Services: Implement individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based methodologies.
  • Progress Monitoring: Keep detailed records of student advancements, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside teachers, special education personnel, and families to ensure therapy objectives are integrated into both classroom and home settings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP License and ASHA CCC.
  • Experience: Experience in educational environments is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
