Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our team at UNC Rockingham Hospital in Eden, NC. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will be responsible for providing nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units, managing one dietitian, and overseeing the clinical nutrition program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nutritional care for inpatient units
  • Manage one dietitian and clinical nutrition program
  • Perform quality improvement initiatives, such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays
  • Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses
  • Assist with Food Service Management as needed
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian credentials and licensure in NC
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
