Bridge Homes LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations department, you will be responsible for managing maintenance staff, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, and developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in building or property maintenance supervisory work, with a strong background in electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC systems. A high school graduate or equivalent is required, and a willingness to work inside and outside in all weather conditions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure effective maintenance operations.
