Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sandwich Maker to join our team at Great Harvest Bread Co. & Cafe. As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches and salads to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the sandwich line, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Take sandwich orders and follow recipes and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Use a panini press to create delicious sandwiches.
  • Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet all day.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Dependable with reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
