Program Director

Imagine One Technology & Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Program Manager to support the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington. This position is contingent on the award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team.

• Lead software development teams in building and managing complex systems, including Comptroller Process Automation, Power Suite of tools, and ServiceNow development.
• Develop and implement three-tiered Corporate IT support systems, including Incident Processing, Service Request Processing, Change Management, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with the T&E Department Cyber Security & Cyber Operations Engineering team to ensure system security configuration and maintenance, system accreditation, and SW vulnerability assessment.
• Provide support for Advanced Skills Management (ASM) tool, Obsolescence Management Information System (OMISTM), Ship to Shore Data Exchange (S2DE), and Virtual In-Service Engineering System (VISE).
• Work with the team to implement hybrid Agile concepts and support IT solution delivery.

• Minimum of five years of experience in building and managing software development teams.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Favorably adjudicated T3 Investigation or T3R with no subsequent breaks in service greater than 24-months.
