Position Description

We are partnering with an exceptional school district to fill a contract School Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) position for the school year. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with special needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help students achieve their goals
Requirements
  • 1 year of verifiable experience as a School Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) within the last 3 years
  • Valid School Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
