Position Overview:

The selected attorney will become a vital member of the Labor & Employment Practice group, which manages both class action and individual plaintiff cases, alongside advisory and counseling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications include:
  • 4-7 years of experience in Employment Litigation, primarily in defense
  • Experience with both individual plaintiff cases (discrimination, harassment, retaliation) and class action lawsuits (wage and hour, FLSA, PAGA)
  • Proficiency in conducting arbitrations and mediations
  • Trial preparation experience or actual trial experience (preferred but not required)
  • Active California Bar License
  • Based in San Diego
