Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced School Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, evaluations, and support services to students in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and challenges.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that promote student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and evaluation results.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and conferences to ensure student needs are met.
  • Travel to multiple sites within Los Angeles County to conduct assessments and evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with at-risk youth and/or students with special needs.
  • Licensures such as LSCI, NCSP, LEP, BCBA, MFT, LCSW, or Crisis Prevention Intervention are highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain transportation between job sites.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Expatiate Communications Inc offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
