Job Overview
The primary focus of this role is to oversee and collaborate with our clinical team to provide high-quality care to geriatric patients.
This is a full-time direct hire position, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with the option to work primarily from home.
Occasional local travel to patient homes may be required, although rare; travel on-site for in-person team meetings and one-on-ones with other clinicians will also be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide the clinical team, including advanced practitioners.
- Review complex cases and charts for quality assurance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, with a sub-specialty in Geriatrics preferred.
- A valid Ohio medical license.
- Experience managing an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience as a community physician providing geriatric care.
- BLS certification.
