Role Summary:
As the Senior Window Treatment Installer, your primary responsibility will be to expertly install a diverse range of window treatment products, such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. This role demands an individual who is adept at working at heights exceeding 8 feet on a regular basis, skilled in utilizing power tools, and possesses a keen ability to accurately use measuring instruments. Regular interaction with clients is expected, making exceptional customer service skills crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the installation of various window treatment products with precision and care.
- Regularly work at heights over 8 feet, employing ladders and scaffolding safely.
- Proficiently use power tools, measuring tapes, and levels to ensure accurate and professional installations.
- Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, both on-site and within the company vehicle.
- Guarantee that all installations are completed punctually and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Operate the company vehicle to various job sites, following all safety and traffic regulations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in window treatment installation or a related field.
- Comfortable working at heights over 8 feet and utilizing ladders and scaffolding.
- Proficient with power tools, measuring tapes, and levels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
