Supply Chain Manager - Siloam Springs, AR


The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our production planning, master scheduling, and purchasing/procurement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive business objectives and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and objectives for procuring goods and services.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to supervisors, fostering their development and success.
  • Purchase all materials and supplies required by the manufacturer, ensuring quality standards are maintained while meeting cost and delivery goals.
  • Oversee inventory management, maintaining balanced inventory levels within plant guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring proper application selection and timely delivery.
  • Support functional areas of shipping, receiving, and product control.
  • Process documents through internal systems.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (8 years' experience) with 7 years of specific experience.
  • Establish and maintain internal relationships and contacts, and be aware of key external contacts who can provide valuable assistance.
  • Adapt quickly to new service-related functions and be enthusiastic to learn.
  • Communicate effectively, with a particular talent for persuasive, collaborative oral communication.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of mechanical aptitude.
  • Function well in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of applicable computer systems, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing required; experience managing a workforce through lean implementation is a plus.


Compensation:

$115,000 - $125,000 base salary + 10% Bonus. Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, PTO.

Relocation will be offered for candidates moving:

$35,000 for Owners and $15,000 for renters.
