Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Manager and/or Estimator in day-to-day duties
  • Assist in maintaining project logs, including daily reports, EWA logs, and weekly production reports
  • Visit assigned job sites and participate in job meetings as required
  • Prepare project submittals, changes orders, and RFI's as directed by the Project Manager
  • Review and distribute incoming correspondence related to the project
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, and problem-solve
