We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room at a critical access hospital in Plymouth, NH. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of current ED experience and strong ED skills.
Responsibilities- Assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
- Supports organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
- Performs and documents the physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
- Treats co-workers with courtesy and respect. Actively works to strengthen interdepartmental relationships.
- Provides comfort to patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing management. Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
- 2+ years of current ED experience (Strong ED Skills Are A Must)
- Cerner EMR experience - Highly Preferred
- Prior travel experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- ENPC and PALS - Preferred
