We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting professional to join our team at Crew Life at Sea. As an Accounting professional, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our restaurant, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate or enrolled full-time in post-secondary education outside of the U.S. or graduated no more than 12 months prior to the program start date.
  • Alternatively, degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary institution and at least 1-year prior related experience outside the U.S. OR have 5 years of experience in the field in which they are training.
  • Minimum age of 18 with intermediate to advanced English skills.
  • Passport: Must have a minimum validity of 2 years from the date of application.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, positivity, and trustworthiness.
  • Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
  • Must be able to remain calm under increasing demands of the operation, be consistent in presentation and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
