Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership's operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, fostering a culture of character, integrity, and strong leadership. We are the first Fisker Dealer Partner in the country and we are looking to be the number 1 retailer of Fisker in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments within the dealership, driving growth and profitability through effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and dealership operations to maximize profitability, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute long-term business plans, driving business growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Automotive General Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment, inspiring a diverse team of professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
