AI Integration Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Integration Lead to support the integration of artificial intelligence features within our technology products and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify artificial intelligence capabilities and business opportunities
  • Support AI projects by aligning prioritization, influencing design, facilitating collaboration, and contributing to implementation plans in a complex organizational environment
  • Contribute to enterprise AI adoption through internal communications and designing training curriculum
  • Support governance of AI enterprise-wide and participate in Responsible AI reviews
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and general data concepts
  • Ability to think critically about business processes and business value
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities independently
Education and Experience
  • 4-year bachelor's degree
  • Highly preferred education: Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, information technology or any other related field in combination with relevant work experience
  • Highly preferred work experience: 5-10 years of related work experience in business technology solutions and/or analytics development experience

Compensation, Grade, and Job Title will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and technical skillset.
