Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the specialized needs of individuals served in our Adult Day Program
  • Work with staff, guardians, and providers to ensure efficient and prompt healthcare services
  • Develop and review Transfer/Lifting Health Care Plans
  • Conduct quarterly wheelchair checks and provide Hoyer lift training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Currently certified as an OT/PT
  • Knowledge of and experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
  • Valid Colorado driving license and reliable transportation
  • Good customer service and people skills
