We are seeking a skilled Grain Originator to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

• Procure high-quality grain directly from local producers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a stable supply chain.
• Maintain and grow our customer base by delivering exceptional customer service, meeting their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our grain origination business, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
• Coordinate and manage logistics, ensuring timely and efficient grain delivery to our customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Business, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in grain origination, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of truck logistics and transportation management.
