Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a Welder Specialist, you will be responsible for performing welding and fitting tasks according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding and Fabrication: Perform welding and fitting tasks using FCAW and Stick welding techniques.
  • Material Handling: Operate cranes and rigging equipment for material handling.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and codes standards.
  • Metal Fabrication: Work with metal for fabrication purposes.
Qualifications
  • Welding Proficiency: Proficiency in FCAW and Stick welding methods.
  • Material Handling: Familiarity with crane operation for material handling.
  • Safety Knowledge: Understanding of construction site safety regulations.
  • Experience: Experience working with metal.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Smaller shop environment with a casual dress code and work boots.
