Job DescriptionThis Non CDL Straight Truck Driver position involves making pickups and deliveries at customer locations using a 24'-26' Straight Truck. You will transport freight between US Cargo terminals and make shuttle runs to specific meet points.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading units, either individually or with the assistance of dockworkers. Frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of freight are required tasks.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year verifiable experience driving a non-commercial motor vehicle similar to the type utilized by US Cargo.
- Ability to pass a US Cargo driving test administered by an approved trainer or designee.
- A clean driving record with no suspensions or revocations in the past 36 months.
- Other qualifications as specified in our job posting.
