Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospitality Operations Director to oversee the daily housekeeping operations at Private Listing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeepers to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning protocols and procedures to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices, safety standards, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs.
  • Identify and report potential hazards or maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, preferably in housekeeping.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve high levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
