Relationship Banker

At First Federal Bank, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while providing proactive solutions to help our consumer and small business customers achieve their financial goals.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, using a defined sales process.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
• Consistently execute activities and behaviors to meet established branch expectations.
• Responsible for opening accounts, consumer loans, home equity lines of credit, and referrals to business partners.
• Establish close working relationships with business partners, referring customers when appropriate to provide financial solutions.
• Help to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals.

• Two years of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, military, or education.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives.
• Experience fostering and developing strong relationships.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of CSR policies and procedures, including federal regulations.

This job operates in a professional office environment. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment that does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
