The Event Production Assistant will provide support to the Chester Fritz Auditorium team in the setup, operation, and teardown of events. This role will involve loading and unloading equipment, setting up stages, and assisting with event logistics.

  • Load and unload trucks with equipment and supplies
  • Assist with event logistics and coordination

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event production or theatre operations
  • Knowledge of stage setup and teardown procedures

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. The Event Production Assistant will work on an as-needed basis, with varying schedules and hours.
