We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound exams using various modalities, including vascular and obstetric/gynecologic procedures.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in various medical specialties.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification required.
- ARDMS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Flexibility to work a Sunday-Thursday shift, with occasional overtime as needed.
