Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team that designs and implements new solutions, performs periodic hardware and software updates, expands capacity to support growth, and plans for disasters.
  • Collaborate with other ATC technology teams and business functions to support mission-critical, highly available computing services and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of technology engineers and administrators across a breadth of disciplines including servers, virtualization, data protection, and networking to deliver secure and reliable technology platforms.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and innovation, while providing coaching, mentoring, and development to the team.
  • Execute the technology strategy for ATC's hosting infrastructure and provide alignment between business demands and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure systems meet business requirements for availability, performance, and compatibility.
  • Be responsible for the recoverability of critical business data and technology services in the event of a disaster or significant event.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience and seven years of progressive experience in IT, cybersecurity, or business management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
