About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Care Specialist to join our team at Emerald Coast Hospice, part of the Gentiva family of hospice, home health, palliative, and community care providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to patients and their families in a hospice setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help patients maintain their independence and dignity
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient progress and provide accurate information to the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • CPR certification
