We are seeking a qualified LPN

*$2,100 sign-on bonus available for new hires (rehires with a gap of over one year are also eligible)*

Hours: 24 hours per week

Shift: Day shift; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director, Manager, or designated representative. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering medications, educating patients and families, and performing procedures in line with organizational policies and the scope of practical nursing. Proficient use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and related software is essential for updating and accessing patient information as needed. The candidate must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver age-appropriate care to the patient population served.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in a related healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Current LPN licensure in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Full vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 is required, or an exemption must be signed for medical or personal reasons upon hiring.
Compensation

Pay Rate: USD $40.80 per hour.
