We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Product Shipper. This role ensures all shipments meet quality and safety standards and are delivered to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Preparation: Printing orders, pulling, preparing, and packaging items securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping Operations: Accurately label and process orders using shipping software and platforms (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Verify order details against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock shipping supplies as needed and communicate when supplies are low.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members regarding order status or issues.
  • Loading and Unloading: Using pallet jack, hand trucks, and other equipment to load, unload, transport shipping materials.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in shipping, packing, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
  • Shipping Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS systems) is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and processing orders.
