About the PositionThis permanent role is situated in a newly constructed 190,000-sq-ft pediatric facility, Montana Children's Hospital, which boasts multiple pediatric specialties and a rapidly growing program with various subspecialties. The hospital's Level II Pediatric Intensive Care Unit is staffed by board-certified pediatric intensivists, ensuring seamless care for critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities- To provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric hematology-oncology cases, adhering to evidence-based practices and staying updated on the latest developments in the field.
- To collaborate closely with specialist physicians, primary care providers, and patients/families to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.
- To participate in outreach programs at state-wide locations, expanding access to specialized care for rural communities.
- To engage in leadership opportunities, continuing education, and program development initiatives, contributing to the growth and enhancement of our pediatric services.
