Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Special Procedures Technologist to join our team. As a Special Procedures Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to the Interventional Radiology team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting, utilizing conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  • Assist physicians with various diagnostic and interventional procedures, monitoring patient response, maintaining a sterile field, and interpreting diagnostic data.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accepted professional guidelines.
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner, maintaining an environment of excellence that is patient-focused.
  • Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly, ensuring timely and compassionate care.
Requirements
  • Current License in good standing
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
  • Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
