Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support on IT/data problems
  • Track and monitor issues, provide notes and feedback, and maintain consistent documentation
  • Understand AC/DC and backup power concepts
  • Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment
  • Document efforts, issues, and resolutions, and close cases/tickets daily
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows OS, OSX, Linux/Unix)
  • Insight into POS, PC, Printers, Thin Clients, APs, Servers, Network switch equipment
  • Experience desired in copper and fiber cabling and various terminating connectors
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to complete projects ahead of schedule
  • Excellent time management and reporting skills
  • Occasional work at heights of 20' to 25', with lift equipment training provided
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits:

$22.00 per hour
