Job Summary

The Roll-Off Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of businesses. This role requires a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a minimum of one year of commercial driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate roll-off trucks and ancillary equipment to collect waste.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and reports, daily truck reports, and other documentation requested by supervisors.
  • Communicate vehicle mechanical problems to mechanics and supervisors immediately.
  • Maintain route quality standards as predetermined by management.
  • Operate trucks and equipment using prescribed techniques to eliminate driver-induced mechanical failures.
  • Follow all safety standards, equipment checks, and precautions in the performance of all duties.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired.
  • Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
  • Ability to meet relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions according to Company standards.
Working Conditions:

Frequently exposed to loud noise, humidity, rainy/stormy weather conditions, and extreme hot and cold temperatures. Work in outdoor environments up to 100% of the time.
