This full-time role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule.
YOUR ROLE AS A CADD MANAGER
In this position, you will benefit from a flexible Monday - Friday work schedule, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
As a CADD Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining design standards, managing work environments, leading initiatives, and providing comprehensive computer-aided design and drafting support across the organization. You will oversee CADD quality assurance and quality control throughout project lifecycles, offer software and production assistance, and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new CADD staff.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven experience with MicroStation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Capability to lead and mentor a team
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Projectwise, and standards from the Department of Transportation is advantageous.
