The Project Manager - SIS will serve as the Owner's Agent, overseeing the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion. This role involves providing leadership, facilitating communication, coordinating efforts, and resolving conflicts to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector, handling projects valued between $5 million and $100 million.
  • At least 2 years of experience collaborating with preconstruction teams to ensure project success.
  • 2+ years of experience managing design processes and fostering relationships between design and construction teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years in a relevant role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineering License (PE)
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • Environmental Specialist (ENV SP)
  • Experience in healthcare construction is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an owner's representative or in a similar capacity.
