Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families during this critical time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other aspects of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
