We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Clinic RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to assigned patients under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working day shifts. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or completion of a residency program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
