Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the safe and efficient production of gaseous products at our Grand Prairie, TX facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cylinder requirements with regional branches to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Train and develop assigned personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and recommend disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Delegate or directly direct plant activities to optimize efficiency and economy of operations.
  • Maintain all required computer and hand-generated paperwork.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, and a minimum of five years' industry-related experience and/or training.
  • At least two years' supervisory experience.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift operator certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
